About the Program
The Fit Lab’s High Performance coaches are ready and waiting for you to join us in our High Performance Centre to look, feel and perform better!
The Fit Lab’s Functional Training Program is our 10-week GOLD standard program designed to get you the fastest results possible.
The program has been developed and is supervised by The Fit Lab’s experienced team of Exercise Scientists and High Performance Coaches. You will be pushed hard and also taught the exact methods of training to attain the best results.
If you’re looking for a dramatic change or wanting to take your health and fitness to new and high levels, this program is for you!
No experience is necessary to start, we have options available for both the beginner and advanced lifters.
The next program is set to kick off on Monday 19th July 2021.
- Testing – Week 1 & 10 (Body Composition, Strength & Fitness)
- TeamBuildr Training App & Personalised Training Weights
- 3x 1 hour Sessions / Weekly (Coached)
- 2x Extra Cardio Sessions (Tues/Thurs @ 6:00AM)
- 1x Physiotherapist Consult to Address Any Pre-Existing / Managed Injuries (Standard Cost = $60)
- 1x Dietitian Consult (Standard Cost = $60)
- 2x Tanita Body Composition Scan (Standard Cost = $25 each)
- Protein Supplement – Post Training
10 Week Program Details
Option 1: Full Payment Upfront
– $400 ($40 per week)
Option 2: Direct Debit
– $40 per week (added to existing membership)
Option 3: Non Members – Upfront
– $650 ($65 per week)
