The Fit Lab is proud to offer an affordable training option for our Members Only.

This Challenge is for the person who likes the flexability to train around their own schedule, with a program to follow but also still having someone to hold them accountable once a week with a one on one PT session, helping to kick start your 2021 right!

  • Tanita Body Composition Scan (before and after challenge
  • 10 Week Program *(7 days of workout options)
  • 1x 30 min Personal Training Session Per Week with Blake, Auryn or Jade
  • Feedback Each Monday From Your Trainer
  • Initial Dietitian Consult (Standard Cost = $100)
  • $30 Discount on any Subsequent Dietitian Consults
  • Access to an Exclusive Facebook Group Including LIVE Chats with our Personal Trainers and Dietitian
