About the Program
Join The Fit Lab Toowoomba’s Rugby Specific Strength & Conditioning Program held 2 x per week at The Fit Lab’s World Class High Performance Unit.
Training sessions will be coached by The Fit Lab’s team of High Performance Staff, Exercise Scientists and Strength & Conditioning Coaches commencing Monday 8th February 2021.
The program will also be overseen by two legendary Rugby Coaches, Steve Nance (Ex-Australian Wallabies S&C Coach) and Cameron Lillicrap (Ex-Wallabie and QLD Reds Scrum Coach) to ensure that all athletes are delivered a World Class Program!

This 8-week program is open to both males and female Rugby Union Athletes across the Darling Downs.
No experience is necessary, training programs will be prescribed based on level of development.

Option 1 – $250 Upfront
Option 2 – $25 Per Week
Direct-Debit (x8 weeks)

Boys – 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s and 16s
Girls – 14s, 16s and 18s
