Female 51 Year Old Participant:

Here are the results of a 51 year old female participant who completed our Hypertrophy/Strength Program in our October round of programming. She transitioned into the Hypertrophy/Strength phase of training after having previously completed our Hypertrophy Program. These are her results:

  • Lost 3kg of Total Body Mass
  • Lost 5kg Total Fat Mass
  • Gained 2kg Lean Muscle Mass

Female 23 Year Old Participant:

Below are the results of a 23 year old female participant.

She is an active member of group fitness classes and personal training sessions and was looking to switch up her routine but still increase lean muscle mass and decrease in body fat.

Her results are as follows:

  • Maintained Body Mass
  • Lost 3kg Total Fat Mass
  • Gained 3kg Lean Muscle Mass

Male 30 Year Old Participant

Below are the results of a 30 year old male participant.

He is an active volleyball player looking to improve lean muscle mass and decrease percentage body fat.

His results are as follows:

  • Lost 2kg Body Mass
  • Lost 3kg Total Fat Mass
  • Gained 2kg Lean Muscle Mass
