Sports Injury Rehab
Our expert physio team works in conjunction with Coaches, Sports Trainers, Athletic Trainers, Doctors with the aim of providing early diagnosis, treatment programs and Return-to-Play protocols.
Our aim is to ensure that every athlete has the best potential to return to the sport they love as early and safely as possible, continuing to be able to perform at the highest standard possible.
Long-Term Injury Rehab
Working with your team of Doctors or Allied Health Professionals, our physios approach is to ‘Build a Base’ to enable you to overcome your long-term injury. Often clients with longterm injuries have seen multiple providers over a number of years; not always resulting in successful outcomes.
Our goal is to work with you and your healthcare team to: identify biomechanical deficiencies which may not have been addressed and to establish how to overcome these and set you on your road to recovery with aprogressive and active program: Mobility: Flexibility: Stability: Strength
Orthopaedic Rehab
Our physiotherapists are experts in Post-Operative Mangagement and Rehabilition of:
→ Knee Surgery → Shoulder Surgery
→ Ankle Surgery → Neck Surgery
→ Hip Surgery → Lower Back Surgery
We offer achievable milestone-based active recovery programs; detailed programs based on each patient’s goals.
This involves access to gym, cardio, pool and on field rehabilitation.
Acute Injury Management
The key to the earliest possible favourable injury outcome is early diagnosis and management strategies. Whether it is a workplace injury, motor vehicle injury, sports-related injury, or an injury acquired around the home – the sooner an accurate professional diagnosis is provided, the sooner the correct treatment and rehabilitation plan can be instituted leading back to the path of wellness.
“Will gave me practical advice to work in with my fitness program and he worked on me to start my pathway to pain-free health.”
