Based in The Fit Lab’s Rehabilitation Unit, our dedicated team of Allied Health professionals provide all members of the Toowoomba community much needed support in the management and prevention of chronic disease and injury.
The Fit Lab’s staff of in-house Allied Health experts offer a holistic approach in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Dietitian & Nutritional services within our modern, air-conditioned rehabilitation centre; a quiet environment separate from our main gym facilities.

The Fit Lab’s Allied Health Rehabilitation Unit has a HICAPS terminal with EFTPOS for fast & convenient payment and claims.
Once your claim is authorised, simply pay the gap amount between our fee and the maximum rebate amount allowable from your health fund.

Cameron Lillicrap
Physiotherapist

Cameron joins the team with an extensive background in professional Rugby Union, including representing Queensland and The Australian Wallabies – playing as a prop! Following his retirement, Cameron has worked with The Australian Wallabies as a Physiotherapist and Queensland Reds Rugby Union Team, as both Head Physiotherapist and Scrum and Rugby Skills Coach!
Cameron has more than 25 years experience and has practiced out of multiple Physiotherapy Clinics!

Ellen Nussey

Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology
Graduating from QUT in 2016, Ellen loves helping her clients to achieve movement with their bodies that they didn’t think they were capable of or able to return to. She enjoys working with all ages and modifying exercise prescriptions accordingly.
Ellen has a special interest in supporting people with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, as well as pre and post-natal exercise and Type II diabetes.
When Ellen isn’t busy with clients, she enjoys playing rugby league, doing her own training and spending time with her hubby, kids, extended family and her dog.

Jason completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University in Brisbane. During his study, Jason worked as a sports trainer for semi-pro soccer clubs and this helped him find his passion for sports & musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Jason prides himself on providing high quality care to all patients, assisting them in reaching their goals through a combination of manual therapy and exercise. Since graduating, Jason has completed courses including APA Sports Physiotherapy (Level 1), GEMt Dry Needling (Level 1) and a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine. Jason has also gained experience in providing sports triage and injury management as well as musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, with particular interest in injury prevention.
In his down time, Jason will be working on his own personal health and fitness goals, and spending countless hours working on his car.
Bridget Farley
Physiotherapist

After graduating from The University of Queensland in 2021, Bridget has moved to Toowoomba to start her new career with The Fit Lab. Due to her sporting background and suffering multiple injuries herself, Bridget is looking forward to working with athletes and helping them get back to where they used to be, but with more strength and confidence than ever before!
Bridget loves to share her passion for health and wellbeing with all patient types, empowering her patients to make positive long-lasting changes to improve their lives. She adopts a holistic approach to healthcare, considering the entire life context of the patient and what will be best suited for them, rather than simply focusing on the injury itself.
In her spare time, Bridget enjoys anything outdoors – hiking, surfing, reading a book on the beach or camping. She is also passionate about her own fitness, so you might catch her in the gym or running around the block.
Liz Hollitt

Liz is a part of The Fit Lab team as an Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Liz graduated USQ in 2020 with a bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science with Honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Since graduating she has worked in a local clinic before moving to Brisbane to work as an EP in the outdoor adventure space.
In her spare time Liz plays soccer for the SWQ thunder and tackles the local mountain bike trails at jubilee park.
Liz will be working in both the S&C space and in our allied health clinic. She has a strong passion for supporting a variety of clients to reach their performance and health goals.

Lauren is one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP) and High Performance Coaches. Working within the Clinical scope Lauren is interested in helping implement positive changes through movement to sustain and improve a client’s health and wellbeing. She enjoys working with Clients to improve quality of movement and helping clients achieve their goals.
She is the Head Exercise Physiologist in charge of our Fight Back with Fitness Breast Cancer program and leading our continuing Breast Cancer program – Keep Fighting with Fitness. She is currently studying her Masters in Exercise Medicine (Oncology) with a strong interest to be able to help individuals cancer get back to activities that they enjoy and assist through the treatment phases.
She has experience working with Athletes and Sporting teams including working as a Strength and Conditioning coach for school teams and sporting clubs in many sports. Lauren has the aim to help athletes and clients to reach their full potential and reach their goals.
Tayla Baillie
Dietitian
Bachelor of Dietetics
Tayla grew up in North Queensland before moving to the Sunshine Coast to complete her Bachelor of Dietetics. She has since worked in GP clinics and in community aged care in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. She recently moved to Toowoomba to be closer to her family. Tayla loves food, cooking and any excuse to be outside.
Training as a dietitian was easy choice for Tayla. Food and nutrition was something that she’d always found interesting and the added bonus of helping people live fuller, healthier lives was the icing on the caked. Tayla’s goal is to make sure that any changes you decide to make together are going to work for you, and include the widest variety of food possible. Her aim is to empower you to establish a diet that is easy, helps you reach your goals, manage any health conditions and that you can follow for the rest of your life if necessary.
Allan Kent
Physiotherapist
Allan graduated at the Australian Catholic University and is also close to completing his Masters of Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy titling at the University of Melbourne.
Having musculoskeletal experience in all levels of competition and many different sports, it is easy to see that he is passionate about all things sport! Having worked with such teams as the Australian men’s netball team, Head Physiotherapist at the Panthers Premier League netball team, Two Blues Shute shield rugby union, Philippines National Rugby League team and Inner West Magpies AFL. Allan’s motivation comes from these athletes and the weekend warrior being injury free and competing at their peak!
On the other side, Allan believes in making a genuine difference in his patient’s lives. Putting this into practice, volunteering for 2 years on board a floating hospital ship In West Africa as part of Mercy Ships as the Rehabilitation departments team leader.
