Group Fitness Studio
Studio 1 is the Group Fitness Studio where
we run around 120 classes per week with a
maximum of 40 participants in each class.
There are plenty of Les Mills Classes on offer
such as Body Pump, Body Combat, GRIT,
Body Attack and more.
These classes are either run by one of our
amazing instructors or through the virtual
instructors.
The Fit Lab also runs other classes such as
Bootcamps, Circuits, Express Hiit and more
non-Les Mills classes as well.
