for the kids of our members.
Our morning, afternoon and weekend
Crèche times allow parents the opportunity
to work on their fitness goals and have
some well-deserved “you” time.
While you are working out you can
relax knowing that your child is in a
fun and safe environment with
our friendly childcare staff.

Crèche
The Fit Lab’s crèche / child minding service caters for a broad range of ages starting from as young as 6 weeks old.
Our experienced child supervisors provide a variety of games and activities to keep your child entertained, including colouring-in books and a range of toys for younger kids and Playstation and Xbox video game consoles for the older children.
Parents can feel free to bring food and drinks as snacks are great to keep them busy however, please do not provide any nut products.
As we have limited spots, our crèche service can often get booked out quickly so to avoid missing out make sure you contact The Fit Lab’s Reception on (07) 4638 7645.

Using Crèche regularly? Upgrade your gym membership to our Unlimited Parent’s Package from $35.00 per week and get unlimited use of our Crèche services!

Monday to Friday
Session 1: 8:15AM – 10:30AM
Tuesday and Thursday
Session 2: 3:15PM – 5:00PM
Session 3: 5:00PM – 6:30PM
Saturday
Session 1: 7:45AM – 9:15AM
Session 2: 9:15AM – 10:30AM
