What is the High Performance Unit?
The High Performance Unit is The Fit Lab’s unique Exercise Science driven, non-biased, evidence-based performance facility for elite and emerging athletes.
Is the High Performance Unit just for Athletes?
Our High Performance Unit is not just for the athletes, anyone aspiring to become an athlete is more than welcome to come and use this centre as well.
Do you offer programs for Athletes / Sporting Teams?
Yes, we do offer specialised programs for athletes and sporting teams. We use Physical preparation, athletic development and sports readiness as key influencers on all program designs.
We develop programs for Hypertrophy, Strength, Power, Acceleration and speed, Agility, change of direction and ability to decelerate, and Endurance capacity. In addition, all our programs address the conditioning and preservation of stability, mobility, flexibility, injury prevention, management of injuries and return to sport pathways in consultation with Allied Health.
Do you offer Fitness Testing?
Yes we do offer Fitness Testing for agility, speed, mobility, flexibility, and stability.
