Program Overview

Women in Motion offers a training program to inspire, empower and support women to begin their exercise and training journey under the guidance of an Exercise Physiologist. Additional health and diet education from our Dietitian will also be a highlight throughout the program. This is a great opportunity to meet the current guidelines for exercise and strength training, improve longevity, quality of life as well as meet a new friend or fitness pal/partner in the process.

This program is run in small group training classes, up to 15 ladies per class so you get individual attention and are taught the correct techniques and intensity suited for you and your individual needs.

No previous training history is required as we are here to teach and improve your confidence in the gym environment; however, if you have not been assessed previously for any injuries or concerns we recommend a physiotherapist appointment prior to commencing the class so that we may modify your program as required.
