Off-Peak No Lock-In Membership Agreement
Mon to Fri: 10AM – 4:00PM
This is a 30 Day Minimum Contract for $14.50 per week that includes:
- Women’s Only Area
- Sauna Access
- 1x Free First Assessment and 2x Free Personal Training Sessions
- Free Off-Peak FOB

Weekly Payment Amount:
$15.38 including a $0.88 transaction fee
First Payment Date:

Please Note:
- You are committing to weekly payments of $14.50 for a minimum of 30 days.
- An establishment fee of $65 will be collected on completion of signup.
- This is an ongoing agreement. Payments will resume after the initial 12 week period unless additional cancellation forms have been signed.
- A payment dishonour fee of $10 will be charged for each dishonoured payment.

Additional Charges
Please note that there is a once-off joining fee of $65 to be paid on the day of signup through direct debit.
An 88 cent transaction fee will be applied by PayRix each payment.
A $10.00 payment dishonour fee is applicable.
A $20.00 annual admin fee on 1 July will be applied.
Cancellation Policy
The remaining contract balance must be paid in full if cancelling within the commitment period.
