Same Day Dispatch

Most customers will receive there order in approximately 2–4 business days if the order is placed before 1:00PM AEST. We will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day if these conditions are met (excludes weekends & public holidays).

Free Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping

The Fit Lab’s online store offers FREE shipping on all orders over $150, and a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $150 shipped direct to your door Australia-wide! 

Please note that orders being delivered to PO Boxes may take longer then expected.

Refunds & Returns

Any refunds or returns require PRIOR approval before being returned to The Fit Lab Health and Fitness Centre within 14 business days of purchase.

If you would like to request a return for a product purchased, please contact Online Customer Service on [email protected] during business hours (Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM AEST).

Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

  • Unopened in its original packaging
  • In as new condition
  • Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
  • Returned to us at your own expense

We do not accept returns for opened / used products if:

  • you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
  • you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
  • the product did not perform to your expectations

Neither The Fit Lab Health and Fitness Centre, nor the products we sell claim to treat or cure any diseases or conditions. We provide nutritional supplements that are intended to support you as part of a well balanced diet. The Fit Lab Health and Fitness Centre are not healthcare professionals, therefore any information and advice you receive should not replace the medical advice provided to you by your healthcare professional. We recommend that you always seek appropriate medical advice before consuming any nutritional supplements. Management reserves the right to refuse any refund that does not comply with our refund expectations.

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from The Fit Lab Health and Fitness Centre Online, please send a picture of the goods to [email protected] with your original Order Number within 14 days of purchase, and we will be in contact with you directly regarding the return and resupply of your order.
